    Our Live Chat product allows you to communicate with customers in real time from your website. You’ll see it live on our site where you can connect with a staff member with a few clicks. For sales, this helps you answer questions in real time, proactive engage customers, and communicate with customers who would otherwise drop off your site because it didn’t have the information they needed to make a purchase.
